We are serious about your privacy

  

River HR and River Training are linked to provide HR, training and coaching solutions for businesses and individuals. This privacy policy explains how we use any personal information we collect about you when you use this website or sign up for services.  Our website contains links to other websites. This privacy policy only applies to this website so when you link to other websites you should read their own privacy policies.   

We keep our privacy policy under regular review and we will place any updates on this web page. This privacy policy was last updated on 9 April 2018. 

What information do we collect and how do we use it?

  

We will collect information about you (name, address, email, telephone) when you register with us or place an order for products or services. We are required to retain invoicing information for 5 years for accounting and tax purposes.


We may also collect information when you voluntarily complete customer surveys, provide feedback and participate in competitions. We will anonymise any survey and feedback information you provide about our services and may use that feedback on our website to promote services to others. We will exclude any information that may identify you individually. We will retain personal information provided for competition entry only for the duration of the competition and prize redeeming period, it will then be deleted or shredded. 


If you attend coaching sessions with us we will keep brief notes to allow us to plan your coaching sessions and help you reach your goals. Notes are confidential, kept securely, and retained only by you and your coach. They will not be shared with other coaching associates unless you explicitly consent to this. Your coach will retain notes for 3 months after your final coaching session to allow them to provide additional support should you wish to revisit any areas explored through coaching. After 3 months any notes will be destroyed. 


If you subscribe to receive updates and information we may email you about other products and services we think may be of interest to you. 

Will we share your information?

  

River HR and River Training work with associates to deliver services. We shall pass on your name and contact details (telephone and/or email address) to an associate if they will be providing the service directly to you. River HR and River Training will not share your information for marketing or other purposes with companies or individuals outside the River group. 

 

Marketing

  

We would like to send you information about products and services of ours which may be of interest to you. If you have consented to receive marketing, you may opt out at a later date. You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes. If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please email rachel@river-hr.com  

Access to your information, correction and deletion

  

You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please email us. We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate or delete information you no longer wish us to hold.
